How partnering works

One intake. One booking sheet.

Tell us everything once — what you do, where you cover, your rates, your capacity, how much advance notice you need, your insurance and licenses. The intake feeds straight into the system the ADV concierge books from.

We're selective. We don't list every vendor in Rio — we list the ones our guests and owners would thank us for sending. If you're a fit, expect a short call to confirm scope and rates, then a trial booking.

  • · No fee to be listed. We pay you the agreed rate.
  • · Bookings come in via WhatsApp from the named ADV concierge.
  • · You can flag blackout dates, capacity caps and minimum advance notice.
  • · English-speaking staff is a plus. Not a hard requirement for every category.
  • · Comprovante de seguro, CNPJ, alvará — please have these ready.
